Disband the RUC

This page has been rewritten and updated as of September 3, 2022. If you're interested in seeing the earlier versions of the page, feel free to check the page history.

If you ever randomly stumbled across the Radioactive Uber Clan wiki and thought to yourself "wtf am I reading," then decided to search them up to look into them more, then this page will provide hopefully enough information to let you know exactly what they are.

The short version is, The Radioactive Uber Clan is a troll group (really just one person pretending to be a group though) that is infamous for being the most persistent troll(s) in Mike's chat. They're particularly known for their wiki and lore, which is a massive elaborate revenge-fic directed towards Mike and his community. They started sometime in 2013-2014, and are still going at it in 2022, even though Mike's no longer actively streaming.

Origins[]

Fat Albert[]

Sometime in 2013, there was a user who took on Fat Albert as their username. He didn't seem particularly notable compared to the other chat members, until he began to obsessively pick on resident chew toy at the time, Bern. (Not that the rest of the chat was better, mind you. Picking on Bern was actively encouraged at the time, Albert just so happened to take it to a point where it started to annoy others.) He was notable for pulling stunts such as attempting to bribe Mike with a Wii U to permaban Bern, and threatening to fuck her sister in the chat.

Eventually people had it with him and he got kicked. Not banned, just simply kicked. Regardless, he took this extremely personally, and made a new account anyways to come back to the chat and do whatever it is unhinged users who get banned from internet spaces do; constantly making new accounts to annoy the other users.

Introducing: The Other Members, the early days of the clan[]

Things continued like this for a while, with people making jokes about Albert coming back to the chat only to get banned yet again. However, after some time, some new names began to show up. Rather than just Albert, there was also Popeye, and Felix the Cat, who are curiously enough, also classic cartoon characters. (Maybe also Jabberjaw at the time? I don't remember at this point). They claimed to be members of this "Radioactive Uber Clan," which was the first time the name was ever mentioned, and they often ended their posts in dumb hashtags such a #MakeBelieve or whatever. They would threaten to crash the streams or dox everyone in chat or whatever, and also take credit for any technical issues that happen during the stream. In essence, Albert was beginning to really lose it, and started imagining for himself a personal army to take revenge on the streams. But it wouldn't simply stop here.

Side-Note[]

In their earlier days the clan acted much like a wannabe anonymous-like group of 1337 1nt3rn3t hackers, often using internet lingo and acting more like a stereotypical internet nerd. This is a huge contrast to the complete batshit insanity they would start writing.

Expanding the lore[]

The "Radioactive Uber Clan" as they were called at this point, weren't satisfied just sending threatening DMs to users in the stream. They needed to go further, so they started by creating a few social media accounts (such as twitter), though those were only used for a short while.

Youtube[]

They created a youtube channel, where they uploaded their first video, which introduced many of their "members" at the time, while Requiem for a Dream played in the background. Their membership comprised of more cartoon characters, mascots, and even people. They would call themselves heroes and claim Mike and his community to be evil villains who must be purged from the internet (they were still in their anonymous-wannabe phase at this point). The video was subject to much mockery by Mike's community. But this isn't where things get weird.

Wikia[]

They would then create a wiki to start making shit up about Mike and the chat, while portraying themselves as heroes just simply trying to save the world through needlessly excessive violent acts. Maintained by "Jabberjaw" (and no one else, this is still ultimately one person doing all of this, after all), this is the part where they start becoming truly unhinged, writing out an elaborate fan-fic (can it even be called fan-fic? It's more like a hate-fic) where Mike and every member of his chat are "evil psychopathic child-r*ping demons." And the demon part is literal, they call everyone from the streams demons and never stop going on about "Demon Demon Diggity Doo". Anyways "demons" according to their lore are an always chaotic evil race that must be "exterminated," that should tell you enough about their worldview. The portrayals for their own "members" weren't much better, since much of the backstory written for them and their personalities completely defile the source material. That and also normally kind and heroic cartoon characters are accidentally portrayed as violent, racist, transphobic sociopaths who murder others for some twisted idea of "justice". (I say "accidentally portrayed" as they intend for these to be seen as "heroic acts"). The wikia is also notable for featuring a lot of grotesque and offensive material, such as one of their villains being named "Mr. J*p," frequent transphobia on their page on Bern, and featuring more instances of r*pe than the entirety of Berserk.

The wikia would be the main "meat" of the Radioactive Uber Clan, being the most frequently maintained site of their entire existence. Their youtube still sees some activity, but it's their wiki where most of their activity takes place, writing out more and more bizarre and downright offensive garbage. And it's been going for 8-9 years at this point. Mike hasn't streamed in around 6 years, and the RUC has gone for years pretending he was still active, until 2022, where they released a video featuring Popeye doing some anime bullshit where he sacrifices himself to defeat Mike. It is at this point where they finally decided to pretend they killed Mike, as he's no longer active nor around to break their delusions.

The Ruth Price page[]

The most infamous and most-viewed page on their wiki is the Ruth Price page. The case of Ruth Price is an internet mystery involving a woman being attacked during a phone call. The RUC would write an entire fabricated story about how it was Soviet Steve who murdered her. Being a mystery, some people have gotten curious about it and searched up her name themselves... only to end up stumbling across the Radioactive Uber Clan wiki, and taking tons of psychic damage in the process. You oughto see how many comments got left on that page it's wild.

The Radioactive Uber Clan, presumably after they get banned from the chat again.

Legacy[]

This group is the forefather to all other trolls who would appear in the chat that follow. While some of these later trolls would be downright malicious, others were considerably more cheeky and funny, even taking on a unique persona of sorts. Examples being Doc Shock, an evil witch doctor who wants experiment with his magic on the chat, and Kez, who started out as a malicious troll who really hates Watch_Dogs, but evolved into a weirdo who would find a way to appear out of nowhere whenever Watch_Dogs was mentioned.

However, no other trolls could ever match the notoriety and persistence of the Radioactive Uber Clan. It's even to the point where others have taken to just simply calling trolls "Alberts," usually just pretending they're another one of Albert's alts.

On a side note, a Wiki was created for people to make their own Nnemonic villains. It can be found here

Alternate Interpretations?[]

There have been some theories as to the person behind the Radioactive Uber Clan. A few people believed that while the original user himself, Fat Albert, did create alts to yell at the chat after getting kicked, he eventually gave up and left, while someone else decided to take on his name and bring the Albert saga into what would be known as the Radioactive Uber Clan today.

There has also been a theory that the person behind the Radioactive Uber Clan isn't actually serious about wanting to destroy the streams (I mean come on what would he even be able to do), and only wanted to create a "villain" group for the community to pick on.
