Burt the Sysadmin is a troll and roleplaying character that popped up in 2015.

He originated as a villain on the Nnemonic Villains wiki. Someone then decided to make an RP account for him and appeared in some streams.

If websites or other electronic shit isn't working correctly, it's common for users to just put the blame on him or call out his name.
